All of the empire maps that depict the seven mountains of Revelation 17:9-10 are laid out on modern geopolitical maps with the approximate area of the former empire clearly marked. The maps include modern state names along with the capitols. Some past locations are listed for comparison.

Revelation 17:9-10 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

The seven mountains of Revelation are seven empires and are similar to the mountain of Daniel 2:35, which is the Empire of Jesus Christ, which He will control when He returns to the earth at the end of the time of God's wrath, to establish His kingdom.

Daniel 2:35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

The heathen empires start with Egypt and progress through the Roman Empire, which was the one that was in the verses above where it says "and one is". The empires end with the Beast Empire in the end times. The seven kings are the spiritual kings that guide these empires from behind the scenes. They are spirit beings just like the prince of Persia that withstood Michael for 21 days.

Daniel 10:12-13 Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.

Please note that the Beast Kingdom and Gog use the same map. The primary difference between them is that Russia is more likely to be a part of the Gog alliance and may not be a part of the Beast kingdom.
